Anyone who knows me knows I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and am a little nutty about it – as most who train it are. It’s an art I’ve studied for over 10 years and my interest has only grown stronger over the years as I’ve reached the level of Brown belt.
Come on, we roll around trying to choke each other, what’s not to love? OK, that sounds a little suspicious.
I’ve been lucky enough to meet some top names in Australian and international Jiu Jitsu like Peter de Been (top of post) and even Royce Gracie (below).
One of the greatest aspects of martial arts in general is the strong network of friends and training partners that come with years of training.
While I haven’t done any work personally for Peter de Been, the network of de Been Jiu Jitsu practitioners, along with my contacts in the Bob Jones (Zen Do Kai) side of martial arts from my Muay Thai training, has lead to a lot of design work with these people I call my friends.
The first was a website I designed for a good friend of mine Chep, a friend of mine who operates a de Been Jiu Jitsu club in Hervey Bay. Below is a screen shot of the front page of his website:
Please Note: The de Been 100% Jiu Jitsu logo was not created by me, but was an existing design element.
More info on Chep’s website you can go straight to his website here.
From there I’ve also managed to put together a website and some design work for our resident de Been BJJ Black Belt Andrew Bailey in Sunshine Coast. Below I have a shot of his website:
Of course you can also check out Bailey’s website.
That’s the general showcase. If you want a website and this is the kind of thing you’re after, drop me a line and we can work out a timeline and cost!
If you need a website just like this one, check out my web design page for more information!
